    Complete a mission and capture an optional photo or video. Your level reflects what you have genuinely met — nothing you only meant to do.

    Train the whole athlete

    Six tracks, one number. Your overall level is the average across all of them, so you cannot skip leg day and call it progress.

    Show up daily

    A daily-challenge layer keeps you moving between the big efforts, so the streak between milestones still counts.

    Personal and social leaderboards turn steady work into a standing you can see — alone and against the people who push you.

Six tracks

Balanced, head to toe

Every mission belongs to one of six tracks. Your overall level is the average across all of them, so progress means training the whole athlete — not just your favourite lift.

  • 01 Push Pressing strength and upper-body drive.
  • 02 Pull Back, grip, and the strength to hold on.
  • 03 Aerobic Endurance and the engine that lasts.
  • 04 Anaerobic Speed, power, and short-burst output.
  • 05 Leg Lower-body strength and the base you stand on.
  • 06 Core Stability and the link that ties it together.
